| Continuing for 2010!!! Chef Richard continues The Power Dinner Party! Imagine entertaining your top clients or best friends in the comfort of your own home! No noisy restaurants or crowded venues. No cold, sweltering, or rainy days at an outdoor venue. Just a stress-free evening with an elegant meal served to you by the Chef. An enjoyable seated Dinner Party may look like this, your choices may vary: Appetizer: Savory Profiteroles Salad: Pear, Walnut, & Gorgonzola over Baby Greens Entree: Fillet Mignon with Brandied Peppercorn Cream Sauce Carb: Long Grain & Wild Rice Pilaf Veggie: Mediterranean Veggie Combo Dessert: Chocolate Ganache Torte You and your guests may relax while I shop, prepare (in your home!), and serve the meal! All you need to provide are table settings, counter space, and a working oven and cooktop. This menu will be $50 per person, minimum 4 diners, please. On Saturday, May 1, Chef Richard has been engaged by the local Lamb Council to condust a demonstration in the Food Pavilion. The demonstration is scheduled to take place from 1 to 2:30PM. You will learn how to bone a leg of lamb for variety and economy; then some of the cuts will be cooked to perfection! Enjoy a great day at the fairgrounds, everything sheep and wool: lamb & sheep foods, wool products, clothing, and farm equipment are are available to see, judge, and purchase. Enjoy seeing beautiful woolen products develop, from the sheep-shearing to the wool-spinning to the finished shawls (and robes and fleeces and hats and gloves, too!).
